Booked one trip with expedia last summer drove 4 hrs and once we got 2 the hotel they didn't have our reservation..It took bout 2 hrs of sittin on the phone 2 get another room @ a dif hotel..They told me they would give me a $100 credit but never seen that..Will never use this service again
